Role Description We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build sales pipeline across Singapore and the wider APAC region. In this role, you will engage prospective customers, follow up marketing leads, and schedule meetings for our sales team. You will work closely with our APAC sales, marketing, and technical colleagues to identify opportunities and introduce organizations to solutions that help protect their most critical systems and credentials. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who is interested in cybersecurity and wants to build a long-term career in cybersecurity sales. - Follow up on leads generated through events, workshops, webinars, and marketing campaigns - Research target organizations and identify potential opportunities where SSH solutions can add value - Reach out to prospective customers through calls, emails, and LinkedIn - Qualify prospects and understand their security challenges - Schedule discovery calls and demos with Account Executives and Solution Engineers - Maintain accurate activity tracking in our CRM system - Share relevant materials and keep prospects engaged throughout the early sales process - Continuously improve your outreach approach and develop your sales skills Qualifications - 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales development, customer-facing, or inside sales roles. Experience in technology or SaaS is a plus. - Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken - Strong communication skills across phone, email, and digital channels - Confidence initiating conversations with new prospects - Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently - Highly organized with strong follow-up discipline - Comfortable using modern sales tools and CRM systems - Coachable, curious, and eager to learn Benefits - Work with an experienced cybersecurity team serving global enterprises - Gain exposure to customers across Singapore and the broader APAC region - Develop your career in cybersecurity sales - Opportunity to develop into an Account Executive role as you grow and succeed in the position Location Singapore preferred. We’re now looking for an OT/ICS Solution Architect to join our EMEA team and play a key role in winning new business and supporting customers with deep technical expertise. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role combining technical pre-sales, solution design, and delivery support. What you'll do - Act as a trusted technical expert in customer engagements, helping win new business across SSH’s product portfolio - Lead technical discussions, product demos, and solution presentations - Work closely with sales and partners (including Leonardo S.p.A.) on bids, RFPs, and joint opportunities - Support customers and partners with product training and technical guidance - Contribute to professional services when needed (installations, configurations, integrations) - Provide technical account support for key customers - Represent SSH at industry events and customer meetings What we are looking for - 5+ years of experience in OT/ICS security (either hands-on or customer-facing) - Strong understanding of OT/ICS environments, including operational processes, devices, protocols, and regulatory requirements - Experience deploying security solutions in enterprise IT and/or OT environments - Solid Linux knowledge (administration or engineering level) - Familiarity with enterprise systems and tools (e.g. SIEM, jump hosts, CMDB, load balancers, configuration management) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) Nice to have - Scripting or programming skills (e.g. Bash, Python, Perl) - IT/OT/ICS security certifications Location EMEA-based.
