• Manage and provide disease area expertise in the end-to-end insights generation process • Drive client interactions and business development in the therapy area • Lead client presentations, track follow-up requests and lead ad-hoc deliverables • Upsell existing clients on appropriate products • Develop business with new clients and drive company growth through organic business development • Proofread final deliverables to ensure they are client ready • Writing all report types including key findings and executive summaries • Design survey in a new indication • Assist with marketing content and grow to lead marketing efforts • Manage and mentor a team of market research analysts to ensure high-quality deliverables • Improve internal research processes, tools, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness • Develop and implement comprehensive market research strategies aligned with business objectives • Analyze open-ended survey responses or qualitative data collected during research studies • Compilation of secondary data sources, literature reviews, and industry reports to supplement primary research findings • Assisting in the development of strategic marketing campaigns • Final writing of client offerings • Ongoing and deepening therapeutic expertise • Development of content to be included in on-going publications • Timely delivery of questionnaires, templates, and high quality/insightful reports • Customized client offerings including market insights, strategic sessions, and advisory services • Active input into the strategy for the franchise, including targeted clients/compounds
• Lead the sales strategy for identified franchises and accounts • Develop long-term relationships with clients that result in the achievement of target revenues • Successfully meet or exceed assigned quota • Generate market awareness through conferences and events • Curate leads and present capabilities to generate opportunities • Work with Insights leads to close opportunities • Work with Insights team to ensure capabilities decks are tailored to unique client need • Work with marketing and Franchise Heads to generate marketing and sales enablement materials • Forms partnership with data and research organization to ensure products are meeting needs of customer • Regularly engage clients/prospects to understand market demands and provide client feedback on product messaging to stakeholders • Develop and execute a sales strategy for each target client • Seek and drive new business opportunities within new accounts • Secure and participate in client meetings with Franchise Heads • Maintain the sales pipeline in the company’s CRM system, HubSpot for accounts • Represent Spherix at designated meetings (clinical and industry)

• Support the end to end insights generation process using proprietary market research data across specialty therapy areas • Develop frame out for data visualization, typically in PowerPoint format • Check survey links and track changes to ensure survey logic is accurate • Keep up to date with disease landscape • Proofread final reports • Conduct desk-based research to increase Therapeutic Area Knowledge base • Begin writing content for new indications • Assist with client management and presentations • Attend client readouts, track follow-up requests and provide ad-hoc deliverables
• Own the end-to-end orchestration of market research execution across programming, fielding, panel operations, data processing, reporting, and publication • Design and continuously refine workflows that reduce handoff friction, rework, and manual coordination across teams • Partner with insights and franchise teams to translate delivery needs into executable timelines and resource plans • Establish clear ownership, decision rights, and handoff expectations across Spherix • Surface delivery risks early and drive resolution through data, prioritization, and decisive escalation • Own and manage the integrated publication roadmap across franchises, indications, and products • Coordinate execution inputs across analytics, insights, operations and leadership
• Define and own the company-wide marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with Spherix’s business objectives, growth priorities, and market positioning. • Serve as a member of the Spherix leadership team, contributing to enterprise-level strategy, planning, and decision-making. • Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO and senior leadership on marketing performance, brand health, and market opportunities. • Identify gaps and opportunities in current marketing efforts and translate them into clear, actionable strategic initiatives. • Advance Franchise Heads’ thought leadership in key therapeutic areas via conference presentations and white papers. • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative culture. • Set clear goals, priorities, and success metrics for the marketing function. • Determine resourcing needs, role design, and capabilities required to support company growth. • Oversee and manage external agencies, vendors, and consultants as needed. • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies across digital and traditional channels to drive awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth. • Own brand strategy and positioning, ensuring consistency across all external and internal touchpoints. • Guide content strategy and messaging, ensuring complex insights and products are translated into compelling, client-centric narratives. • Oversee SEO, paid advertising, social media, email marketing, PR, and thought leadership initiatives. • Own and manage the annual marketing and conference budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and strong ROI. • Oversee HubSpot and related marketing technology platforms, including email campaigns, lead management, landing pages, and system integrations. • Define and track key marketing KPIs, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics and executive dashboards to measure performance, pipeline impact, and ROI. • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align marketing strategy with pipeline development, client engagement, and revenue goals. • Collaborate with Insights and Product leaders to support franchise strategies, product launches, and go-to-market planning. • Regularly review pipeline performance, identify challenges, and proactively develop solutions in partnership with commercial leadership. • Own the company’s conference and events strategy, including planning, execution, messaging, and post-event performance analysis.
