SPEVCO

• Engage and excite high school students about skilled trade careers • Set up the custom, double-expandable trailer (the 'Mobile Workshop') and operate all the various interactive stations and simulators onboard the trailer • Travel the state of South Carolina, typically Monday - Friday • Cover the entire state over the course of a school year, one school district at a time • Execute the day's event with your CDL partner • Ensure the event trailer and all interactive exhibits and simulators are clean, safe, operational, and event-ready • Deliver the Be Pro Be Proud message to all of the students during these events • Assist students with the interactive components of the trailer (approximately 25-30 students per class on board the event trailer, generally about 150 students per day) • Tear down the trailer and pack exhibits each day at the end of the event with your CDL partner • Speak with your point of contact at each school/event site to ensure readiness for arrival and understanding of the day's events
