• Lead business development efforts across the Netherlands • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate and grow the Netherlands market • Identify new opportunities and maintain a strong pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets • Engage with executives and share return on investment analysis • Cultivate and maintain relationships with C-level executives, key stakeholders, and payor organizations • Serve as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning solutions to their business objectives • Close large-scale deals (greater than $500K) and ensure sustainable revenue growth • Drive account expansion through upselling and cross-selling initiatives • Build Spencer Health Solutions’ presence in the Netherlands by establishing partnerships with key players in the healthcare sector • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategy • Work with Global team in a collaborative and supportive manner • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver client-centric solutions • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management
