• Provide occupational therapy services virtually • Conduct occupational therapy assessments using interviews, standardized tools, and informal assessment techniques • Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans in collaboration with clients and caregivers • Assign, supervise, and monitor occupational therapy assistants as appropriate • Maintain accurate, timely, and professional documentation, including: Assessment findings, Care plans, Progress and discharge summaries, Reports aligned with referral source requirements and COTO standards
