Role Description We are seeking independent, motivated Business Development Representatives to connect with local businesses and property managers. This is a 1099 Independent Contractor position focused entirely on commercial lead generation and client acquisition. It is a 100% remote, performance-based role, making it an ideal opportunity for self-starters, local networkers, and individuals seeking a high-side income with total schedule autonomy. - You are your own boss—you decide how, when, and where you network to bring in new commercial clients. Qualifications - Must live in the Miami-Dade area (e.g., Miami, Doral, Coral Gables, Kendall, etc.). - Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and comfort with a performance-driven compensation structure. - Fluent English is required; bilingual Spanish skills are highly preferred. - Must own a smartphone and computer/tablet with reliable internet access to manage your outreach. - No prior commercial sales experience is required—if you have high energy, a great work ethic, and are comfortable talking to business owners, we will provide the brand guidelines and pricing models you need to succeed! Requirements - Must be willing to clear a standard contractor background check and provide two (2) references.
