• Execute high-volume outbound prospecting via cold calling, email sequencing, and LinkedIn engagement to generate qualified leads for the Technology Account Executives • Rapidly respond to and qualify inbound leads generated from marketing campaigns, trade shows, and the Sonny's website • Conduct initial discovery calls to understand the prospect’s pain points and map them to the technology solutions • Maintain meticulous records in Salesforce , ensuring data integrity and accurate forecasting of the technology pipeline • Collaborate with the field sales team to build quotations and manage the sales process for projects • Partner closely with the Equipment Sales team and "Sonny’s University" to identify cross-sell opportunities within the existing customer base • Act as a feedback loop for the product team by capturing competitive intel and common objections from the field
