Role Description Sodexo Live! is seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Manager, Space Planning and Design Management to support and enhance our food service design operations through leadership in BIM standards, digital asset management, and technical documentation. This role bridges business development, design technology, and project execution—ensuring consistency, scalability, and efficiency across all projects. The ideal candidate brings experience in BIM, Revit, and cross-functional collaboration, with the ability to support both operational excellence and growth initiatives across Sodexo Live!'s portfolio. - Authoring and maintaining foodservice specifications (CSI: 114000 Division 11 Specs) - Updating and standardizing Revit families to align with Sodexo Live! guidelines - Serving as librarian for Sodexo Live! Revit families, drawings, and project documentation - Curating Sodexo Live! drawings, projects, and documentation - Developing custom Revit families and parameters for equipment or symbols not available through standard sources - Managing project information, timelines, and documentation in coordination with Project Managers Qualifications - Minimum of 1 year of experience working with BIM and Revit - Proficiency in Autodesk tools, including Revit, AutoCAD, and cloud-based collaboration platforms - Experience with BIM standards, Revit family creation, and content management - Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high-quality standards - Knowledge of documentation lifecycle management and digital asset organization - Ability to optimize Revit content and BIM workflows for scalability and performance - Familiarity with CSI specifications, particularly Division 11 (Foodservice Equipment), preferred - Experience in foodservice design, commercial kitchen planning, or related industries - Experience supporting proposals, client presentations, or growth initiatives is a plus - Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Benefits - Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts - Life and Disability Insurance - Accident, Critical Illness, and Hospital Indemnity Coverage - Identity Theft Protection - Adoption Assistance

Essential Responsibilities: - Develop and execute targeted sales plans to grow market share and revenue across Sodexo Live!'s sports and leisure portfolio. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. - Lead pre-tender engagement, define client-specific win strategies, and craft compelling commercial and legal submissions. - Use insights into competitor activity, client needs, and industry trends to inform product development and marketing campaigns. - Partner with Strategy, Marketing, and Operations teams to align growth initiatives with brand goals. - Represent Sodexo Live! at national events, networking opportunities, and site visits to promote the brand and generate leads. Qualifications/Skills: - Experience in strategic business development, sales, or corporate strategy - Proven track record in business development, preferably in hospitality, events, or venue sales. - Strong understanding of sports venues and arenas. - Ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy - Skilled in managing complex sales cycles and high-value accounts - Ability to think creatively and strategically in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Strategic thinker with commercial acumen and budget management experience. - Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
