OVERALL ROLE DESCRIPTION The Social Strategist is at the nexus of cultural trends and social channels. This role drives breakthrough strategies and content briefs, manages social creators, develops cohesive organic and paid content plans across social media channels, and owns execution. The Social Content Strategist is expected to apply their social mastery to deliver against the clients’ goals. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES - Act as the glue between client goals and social content, working directly into our Director of Social Strategy - Connect brand, cultural, audience, and category insights to inform breakthrough content strategies and briefs - Help source and manage a pool of social content creators to turn briefs into creative content that resonates - Own social best practices and relationships with key platforms - Stay on top of ever-changing social media trends, pop culture references or other relevant conversations in the social space - Willingness to appear in social content as talent or creator - Develop and implement paid and organic social strategies to align with our client’s business goals - Gather the research and data needed to formulate tactical plan development and recommendation for client delivery - Manage final content calendars, ensuring that copy and assets are aligned with strategic direction and optimally drive campaign goals - Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization - Handle community engagement and social listening to improve campaign performance - Participate and inform weekly Culture Briefings REQUIREMENTS - At least 3+ years of social strategy experience - Mastery of all relevant tools for listening, reporting, analytics, and competitive analysis - A clear passion for social media and trends - Voracious curiosity - for all things social and culture - Excellent attention to detail - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as strong presentation skills - Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of all popular social platforms - Ability to manage your time in an ever-changing and extremely fast-paced environment across a variety of projects - Solid presentation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills - Above all, kindness, composure, and relentless curiosity

In this project-based role, you’ll collaborate closely with our internal team, contributing ideas and executing content that resonates across social platforms. This role focuses on creating high-quality, on-brand social content that aligns with client strategy and exceeds expectations. Freelancers may be brought in for specific campaigns, ongoing content production, or short-term engagements, depending on project needs. Successful collaborators bring strong creative instincts, an understanding of social platforms and trends, and the ability to quickly translate strategy into compelling content. RESPONSIBILITIES: Freelance Social Content Creators collaborate with our team to concept, produce, and deliver compelling social-first content that is timely, platform-native, and aligned with client objectives. Responsibilities may include: - Stay on top of ever-changing social media trends, pop culture moments, and emerging conversations across the social landscape, bringing relevant insights and ideas to the team. - Conceptualize, film, edit, and produce engaging content for a variety of social platforms, including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and others as needed. - Ability to adapt the brand voice and visual identity when creating on-brand content. - Capture lo-fi video and still photography optimized for social, ensuring strong composition, lighting, and clarity while maintaining a native, authentic aesthetic. - Collaborate closely with our team to develop content ideas and execute pieces that are culturally relevant, platform-appropriate, and aligned with brand objectives and standards. - Execute video editing and light photo retouching to finalize content for publication across social channels. - Deliver content efficiently and adapt quickly to feedback, timelines, and evolving campaign needs. REQUIREMENTS: - 2+ years of relevant experience making interesting work in a creative agency and/or in-house agency with a strong understanding of social ideas - Proficiency with filming social-native and mobile-first content as well as photography editing programs, both in-app and external (e.g. Photoshop, Premier Pro, After Effects, Lightroom, etc.) - Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and commonly used generative AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL-E, Midjourney) is a plus, especially for tasks like ideation, research, or content generation - Ability to concept and deliver effective creative concepts across all channels and for various industries - Strong understanding of opportunities and limitations of all popular social platforms - Ability to manage your time in an ever-changing and extremely fast-paced environment across a variety of projects - Solid presentation, public speaking, interpersonal, and communication skills Above all, kindness, composure, and relentless curiosity

OVERALL ROLE DESCRIPTION: The Resource Manager at SOCIALDEVIANT is a strategic operator at the center of the agency- equal parts problem solver, planner, relationship builder, and execution lead. This role is responsible for ensuring that the right people, skills, budgets, and tools are aligned to deliver exceptional work efficiently and sustainably. Working in close partnership with Operations and Account leadership, the Resource Manager develops and maintains a holistic view of agency capacity and demand. They proactively allocate and optimize resources across all active and upcoming work, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term business health. The Resource Manager plays a critical role in preventing bottlenecks, resolving conflicts, forecasting staffing needs, and maintaining financial discipline. They are deeply embedded in the flow of work–monitoring utilization, identifying risks early, and proposing thoughtful solutions that keep projects on track and teams supported. This role requires fluency in project and resource management tools, systems, and best practices, as well as the confidence to continuously refine processes as the agency evolves. The Resource Manager thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment and works seamlessly across disciplines, including account, strategy, creative, production, and operations. The ideal candidate is energized by complexity, motivated by solving problems, and passionate about building smart, flexible systems that enable people to do their best work. RESPONSIBILITIES: Resource Planning & Allocation - Partner with Account Leads, Creative Leads, and the Operations Lead to plan, assign, and optimize internal and external resources across all projects and retainers. - Ensure staffing plans align with project scope, timelines, budgets, and client expectations. - Balance competing priorities across accounts while maintaining team health, fairness, and productivity. - Identify and resolve resource conflicts, gaps, and overlaps before they impact delivery. Project Oversight & Delivery Support - Monitor day-to-day project activity and resourcing to ensure work is progressing efficiently and within scope. - Proactively flag risks related to capacity, timing, or budget and collaborate with leadership to course-correct. - Support internal teams in making real-time adjustments to staffing and timelines as project needs evolve. - Step in as a problem-solver when issues arise, generating practical and creative solutions to keep work moving forward. Financial & Utilization Management - Partner with Operations to ensure projects are properly resourced to meet financial goals. - Track resource usage, utilization rates, and burn across teams, individuals, and freelancers. - Identify patterns of over- or under-utilization and recommend adjustments to improve efficiency and sustainability. - Support forecasting and reporting to provide leadership with visibility into staffing, capacity, and financial health. Talent & Freelance Management - Build, maintain, and actively manage a robust freelance database across all disciplines (strategy, account, creative, production). - Vet, contract, onboard, and manage freelance talent, ensuring quality, availability, and cultural alignment. - Maintain strong relationships with top freelance partners to ensure quick access to trusted talent. - Match talent to work based on skill set, experience, availability, and team dynamics. Process, Tools & Continuous Improvement - Own and refine resource management workflows, documentation, and best practices. - Ensure consistent and effective use of project and resource management tools. - Identify opportunities to improve visibility, efficiency, and collaboration across teams. - Develop and support training initiatives to address skill gaps and evolving agency needs. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of agency experience - Ability to manage multiple assignments and internal teams across a diverse client portfolio - Demonstrates effective relationship skills with internal teams.
