Role Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced Wholesale Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our construction materials division. In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding our market presence and building strong relationships within the industry. - Develop and execute wholesale strategies to grow our construction materials division. - Establish and nurture relationships with contractors, builders, and construction firms. - Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with wholesale clients. - Analyze market trends and competitor actions to uncover new wholesale opportunities. - Work closely with inventory management to ensure product availability for wholesale orders. - Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of wholesale shipments. - Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management. - Represent the company at industry trade shows and events. Qualifications - Strong understanding of construction materials and industry practices. - Exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities. - Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales goals. - Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience). - Must be a resident of the United States. - Excellent communication and organizational skills.
