We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team. As a Outbound Customer Service Representative, you will provide exceptional support to customers through phone and email, addressing inquiries, gathering necessary information, and ensuring accurate data entry. This role is REMOTE and we are actively looking for applicants based in Alberta. This is a full-time opportunity requiring rotational availability for any five (5) days a week during the following operating hours: - Monday- Saturday: Between 9:00 am to 9:00 pm EST Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to shareholders regarding upcoming company meetings and voting matters - Clearly communicate voting items and provide accurate information in response to general inquiries - Record and process shareholder votes professionally and in compliance with regulations - Adhere to strict compliance guidelines and scripts to ensure accuracy in all communications - Maintain professionalism and courtesy in all interactions - Meet performance targets, including call volume and successful vote collection - Accurately document call outcomes and shareholder responses in the system Qualifications: - Fluent in English with strong verbal communication skills - Call centre, telemarketing, sales, or customer service experience is preferred - Ability to follow scripts and adhere to compliance guidelines with precision - Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications and capability to navigate multiple systems during calls - Professional, reliable, and courteous demeanor - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment - Ability to work onsite What We Offer: - Never come into the Office – train and work from home within Alberta - Monthly contests with cash and prizes - Health Care Spending Account - Perkopolis Discount Program - Career and Leadership Development - Comprehensive Training and Continuous Development Compensation: - $15.00 per hour Join us in redefining customer life cycle management.
