Vendor Enrollment Specialist

Role Description We are currently looking to hire an entry-level Vendor Enrollment Specialist to work full-time, Monday through Friday, in a remote capacity. Reporting to the Enrollment Manager and working closely with a team of other Specialists, you will be the gatekeeper for prospective security guarding companies who either approach Protos asking to join our national network, or who have been solicited to join by one of our Development Managers. Through phone and electronic communication, you will execute daily activities which support the application, vetting, admission decision making, and enrollment processes for prospective members. Qualifications - Minimum of an Associates degree from an accredited college or university - At least 2 years in an enrollment, compliance, onboarding, account management, or similar role is required - Previous experience must have been vendor or client facing, interactive, and included relationship building - Agree to uphold our company values of Stay Curious, Take Ownership, Build Relationship, and Be Principled - Highly organized and methodical, with a systematic approach to work - Process driven and detail-oriented, with excellent prioritization and time management skills - Thinks critically and anticipates, recognizes, identifies, and develops solutions to problems quickly - Strong communication, collaboration, and leadership skills - Demonstrated ability to work in a team-oriented environment - Proficient in data validation and sorting - Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) proficiency required; Excel knowledge preferred - Security industry experience helpful, but not required Requirements - Review incoming applications to ensure that prospective vendor partners meet minimum requirements - Communicate with vendors to obtain all needed insurance, licensing, tax, and contractual documentation - Verify that documents received are authentic and meet requirements by contacting insurance brokers and state licensing authorities - Work with all parties involved to clarify or resolve any issues identified - Conduct admission-based analysis to prevent geographic oversaturation, ensure that new vendor enrollment meets predetermined needs, and that approved vendors present specific added value to the network - Make independent determinations on admission for prospective vendor partners who directly apply for membership - Coordinate with Development Managers to enroll prospective vendor partners they have solicited - Identify and contact inactive network members in needed geographic areas to encourage and process re-enrollment - Manage documents across data repositories, including hard and digital copies as necessary - Work with internal partners as needed to provide support and/or resolve enrollment-related issues - Maintain vendor and contact profile data; document all communications in company systems, spreadsheets, or reports - Participate in weekly meetings to discuss business objectives, P&P adjustments, audit needs, areas of the country where additional vendors are needed, and provide feedback regarding internal IT-related process and workflow - Be a team player, sharing best practices and lessons learned with other members of the Enrollment team to ensure a level of consistency across all vendor interactions - Maintain a positive and professional demeanor, representing Protos in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures - Perform additional functions, duties and specific tasks of a similar nature and scope as necessary to achieve assigned business objectives Benefits - Competitive compensation - Health, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance - Employee Assistance Program - FSA / HSA - 401(k) with employer contribution - Excellent Paid Time Off (24 days) - Collaborative work environment (and great coffee!)

Role Description Protos Security is looking for a dynamic, skilled professional with a strong background in the security industry to join our team. Through a ‘boots on the ground’ presence, the Field Operations Manager conducts real-time analysis, professional support and gathers insights that can be leveraged organization-wide to enhance our processes, refine procedures, and boost efficiency both internally and externally. The Field Operations Manager will reside in the surrounding Phoenix area and will report to the Director of Field Operations. Essential Duties & Responsibilities - Conducts site visits to ensure the execution of high-quality security services; evaluates quality and reports all findings in a timely manner. - Ensures service expectations are met through regular contact, evaluation, and adjustment of service quality with all clients and posts. - Collects information, facts, and data on security situations within the Protos environment through strategic and targeted engagements with clients, vendors, and internal departments. - Effectively influences decision-making and promotes adoption of initiatives across teams without direct authority. - Partners with management and/or client representatives for status updates and to address any actual or potential problems as well as maintaining positive relationships. - Provides support during client start-ups; provides input in terms of security planning, discoveries, and surveys; reviews statements of work and communicates requirements and changes to affected personnel. - Develops post orders, creates guard tours, and provides appropriate feedback for accountability and continuous improvement. - Maintains a positive, professional environment in full compliance with applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. - Prepare reports and presentations as needed. Qualifications - Minimum of 5 years’ security experience in any vertical and demonstrated success in a leadership role. - Military, Corporate security, law enforcement, and operations support management experience preferred. - Methodical and systematic approach to work and the ability to apply logic to processes. - Ability to build alignment and drive initiatives forward through influence, collaboration, and credibility rather than positional authority. - Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results. - Knowledge of relevant regulatory standards and compliance requirements. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights. - Process driven, detailed oriented and highly organized. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Independent and driven with demonstrated past results. This role will report to the VP of Sales and will be responsible for driving results within their assigned book of business while continuously hunting new opportunities.
