• Support the Contract Sales teams by managing commercial kitchen installations on construction projects • Meet with GCs to ensure project coordination is well-defined • Coordinate the change order process as needed • Ensure customer satisfaction by ensuring that the project is completed as planned and meets or exceeds the customer’s expectations • Full submittal preparation, review shop drawings, and ensure submittals are approved for use • Utilize AutoQuotes (AQ) to prepare submittals, review project, and coordinate changes to the file as needed • Understand the job site flow, coordinate the construction schedule with GC, and meet deadlines • Make job site visits for coordination of the installation of our equipment with the GC • Make job site visits to check MEP rough-ins for our equipment • Verify field dimensions for equipment when needed • Oversee installation teams to ensure the work is performed correctly • Respond to emails from the GC in a timely manner • Document site conditions while making site visits • Review of drawings and documents for the project • Assist with the installation if needed • Answer questions pertaining to our equipment for other trades • Review and understand blueprints • This role requires extensive driving to the different job sites • Able to travel regularly, with overnight stays (multiple nights if needed) • Must be certified in OSHA 30 Safety (Singer T&L can provide this course if not certified). • Must be able to comply with OSHA 30 guidelines and oversee the staff onsite to ensure they abide by OSHA 30. • Must be able to handle the physical requirements if there are change orders (lifting up to 50lbs of equipment, use a pallet jack, climb a ladder per OSHA 30 standards)
