We offer a diverse range of programs including youth sports, gymnastics, swimming, preschool, afterschool care, summer camps, fitness classes, group exercise, and the largest member-only waterpark in the region. We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Processing Clerk to join our growing family. This role is vital to maintaining accurate, timely, and efficient data management that supports our programs and operations. Responsibilities - Accurately enter and update membership and program data into the database system. - Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all data processed. - Process registrations and payments related to youth programs, fitness classes, and other services. - Generate and distribute reports to support management decisions and program evaluations. - Coordinate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and timely updates. - Assist in resolving data discrepancies and investigate data-related issues. - Support auditing and reconciliation processes for membership records and financial transactions. - Contribute to improving data processing procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
