• Drive Cambria sales by motivating, influencing & leading high-performing sales team • Effectively manage 5-10 direct reports comprised of District Managers and 25+ indirect reports • Establish a sales driven culture by setting clear and measurable sales goals • Ensure effective partnerships are developed, cultivated and maintained to drive sales • Effectively communicate and implement new processes and ideas while being an advocate for innovation and change • Provide ongoing feedback and education to optimize employee performance • Establish one on ones, team meetings, and set clear expectations • Complete performance reviews and manage any performance issues • Ensure market development to maximize sales within the assigned Divisions • Develop quarterly and annual territory sales plans
• Develop, cultivate and grow sales of Cambria throughout the assigned territory • Provide superior standard of service to Residential B to B prospects and customers while marketing the Cambria brand • Build and maintain mutually beneficial working business relationships with fabricators, installers, kitchen and bath dealers, interior designers, builders, remodelers, architects, and key business influencers • Actively be involved in related industry associations and network to drive sales • Proactively plan and schedule sales calls with partners • Ensure market development to maximize sales within the market • Accurately collect and update customer information through Salesforce • Maintain a high level of business, financial and industry expertise • Provide samples for specific projects and update identified product libraries • Present product knowledge materials and educate business partners • Understand all sales and marketing programs and materials • Proactively be an expert in industry standards and regulatory codes • Build quarterly sales plans and communicate strategies to department leadership • Be available to meet with customers daily, including over meals and at events • Travel within an established territory to build and continue relationships with customers • Maintain and submit expense invoices for reimbursement on a timely basis
