• Manage and review the organization's job and salary structure; • Conduct salary surveys and market benchmarking analyses; • Perform internal equity studies and salary banding/structure alignment; • Support salary review processes, promotions, and internal transfers; • Manage and monitor the benefits policy (meal/food allowance, health insurance, among others); • Analyze benefits costs and propose optimizations; • Assist in developing and maintaining compensation and benefits policies; • Prepare and track department KPIs (turnover, personnel costs, headcount, etc.); • Support audits and ensure compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation; • Collaborate with Finance and Payroll departments.
