Role Description Sensible Care is hiring an outgoing, driven, and ambitious Military Partnerships Manager to expand our relationship with Military Treatment Facilities, VA Medical Centers, and military commands nationwide. A priority for this role is to expand Sensible Care’s outreach to the military community (already a significant percentage of our patient population) as we open operations in states across the nation. This is a WFH role that requires extensive travel across the country, including but not limited to CA, TX, VA, and FL. As the Military Partnerships Manager, you will: - Build and maintain trusting, meaningful, and strong relationships with Military Treatment Facilities (MTFs), VA medical centers, and military commands. - Develop and implement outreach plans and achieve growth goals via retention & new referrals. - Conduct weekly site visits and check-in meetings to cultivate and foster relationships. - Be the primary POC for military referral sources (e.g. on-base mental health clinics) to facilitate care coordination. - Serve as subject matter expert on military culture and regulations, providing guidance to Sensible Care clinicians on best practices for delivering culturally competent care to military clients. - Coordinate events to enhance awareness of Sensible Care amongst the military communities we serve. Qualifications - Are military veterans or current National Guardsman/Reservists. - Possess excellent communication skills (oral and written) including presentation skills. - Are passionate, energetic, and exhibit confidence and resilience with a positive attitude. - High orientation toward customer/stakeholder service & engagement. - Have a track record of building partnerships in healthcare. - Are proactive and action-oriented with a growth mindset. - Military supervisory experience (officer or NCO). - Have a background in military healthcare/mental health. Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Role Description Due to clinical success and patient demand, Sensible Care is growing and now welcoming our next Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist to treat remotely in California. If you are a passionate and dedicated Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist excited to make a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and adults, we would love to talk to you! This is a remote/work from home position. Must be licensed in California. About the Role: Sensible Care is hiring a full-stack developer who will help us build and maintain our tele-therapy platform and native mobile applications . The ideal candidate will be a team player excited to join a group of like-minded, talented people who are inclusive, respectful, and thoughtful and who value fresh ideas and want to tackle hard problems. If improving and enhancing the experience and access of our highly sought-after Behavioral Health Services sounds exciting and rewarding, we would love to talk to you! Our current tech stack uses Laravel (PHP) for the back end with a Postgres database. We use Vue for the web front end, Flutter for iOS and Android, and Capybara for custom tooling. While this post is for a mid-level developer, we are open to hiring at other levels for the right candidate. Who You Are: What You’ll Do: The key responsibility of this position is to develop end-to-end solutions for our clients and for internal use. You will be working with a small group of developers tasked with building and improving the systems that will support our continued growth and nationwide expansion. Write front-end and back-end code have a solid grasp of coding best practices Use a framework to create performant, reliable HTTP-based APIs (such as Laravel). Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, and understand the importance of testing. Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot your systems in staging and production environments. What You Need: 3+ years of hands-on, production-level software development experience, preferably with some or all of our tech stack Experience with Flutter, and especially with Flutter bloc.
