We are looking for a Senior Total Rewards Analyst to join our global People team and play a strategic role in shaping the future of our Compensation & Benefits practices. This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys creating, structuring, and scaling programs from the ground up while partnering closely with leadership in a fast-growing global cybersecurity company. You will serve as the key reference for Compensation & Benefits, helping to design frameworks, policies, and programs that support talent attraction, retention, engagement, and international expansion. What You'll Do - Build and evolve our Compensation & Benefits practices, establishing scalable processes and governance. - Design and implement our Job Architecture and Salary Structure, ensuring internal equity and external competitiveness. - Develop and manage variable compensation programs, including Bonus, Profit Sharing (PLR), and Sales Incentive Plans. - Define and continuously improve our global Benefits strategy, balancing employee needs and business objectives. - Conduct market benchmarking and compensation analysis to support strategic decision-making. - Create reports, dashboards, and compensation metrics using data analysis and descriptive statistics. - Support annual compensation cycles, including salary reviews, promotions, and merit increases. - Develop and maintain Compensation & Benefits policies, guidelines, and documentation. - Partner with business leaders to ensure Total Rewards programs support company growth and talent strategy. - Continuously identify opportunities to simplify, automate, and improve processes. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Human Resources, or related fields. - Solid experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards roles. - Experience designing compensation structures, job architectures, career frameworks, and variable pay programs. - Strong analytical skills and ability to work with compensation data and market insights. - Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI or similar analytics tools is a plus. - Advanced English skills, with confidence communicating in a global environment. - A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to balance strategy and execution. Nice to Have - Experience in technology, cybersecurity, SaaS, or other fast-growing industries. - Previous experience building Compensation & Benefits frameworks from scratch. - Exposure to international or multi-country compensation structures.
