• Own the SeedTrust roadmap and align it with business outcomes and market needs. • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from high-level prioritization to writing detailed user stories and acceptance criteria. • Become the go-to expert on the SeedTrust portal, understanding deep system dependencies to prevent "domino effect" errors in our legacy code. • Implement and maintain a high standard for Agile ceremonies, transforming disorganized JIRA boards into streamlined, predictable workflows. • Act as the primary liaison for engineering teams (led by our Tech Lead), translating messy business inputs into clear technical specifications. • Establish structured frameworks, decision logs, and accurate scoping to ensure the engineering team has zero ambiguity. • Work closely with Business Operations and Engineering to unblock friction in the SeedTrust rebuild.

• Process and track MTL applications and active licenses through NMLS, including state filings, deficiency responses, MSB Call Reports, renewals, and material change notifications • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for state money transmitter regulators and support timely, professional regulatory communications • Support AML/BSA compliance program activities, including risk assessments, transaction monitoring oversight, sanctions screening processes, and escalation of potential suspicious activity • Draft, maintain, and update compliance policies, procedures, and internal documentation aligned with state money transmission laws, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, FinCEN, and OFAC requirements • Help coordinate preparation for regulatory examinations and bank partner reviews • Conduct periodic compliance reviews and control testing to identify gaps and recommend practical improvements • Monitor relevant regulatory developments and help update internal practices accordingly • Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations to integrate compliance requirements

• Manage MTL applications and active licenses through NMLS, including preparing filings, responding to regulator deficiency letters, completing MSB Call Reports, and tracking renewal deadlines and material change notifications. • Build and maintain relationships with state money transmitter regulators, serving as a day-to-day point of contact for regulatory communications. • Draft, implement, and update compliance policies and procedures in line with state money transmission laws, BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, and OFAC requirements. • Support the AML compliance program, including risk assessments, transaction monitoring oversight, and escalation of potential suspicious activity. • Coordinate internal preparations for regulatory examinations and bank partner reviews, including gathering documentation and assisting with remediation of findings. • Conduct periodic reviews and testing of compliance controls to assess effectiveness and identify gaps. • Monitor regulatory developments — including changes to state Money Transmitter Acts, FinCEN guidance, and OFAC requirements — and coordinate necessary updates to internal practices. • Partner with Legal, Finance, Product, and Operations to integrate compliance requirements into business processes and new product offerings. • Support employee compliance training and help reinforce a culture of compliance across the organization.

• Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team • Define and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) • Lead onboarding of strategic Initiating Parties and Healthcare Plans • Collaborate with Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Legal Departments for compliance

• Architectural Rigor: Lead the effort to 'unblur' the lines between frontend and backend in our Next.js applications, ensuring scalability and a clean separation of concerns. • Technical Modernization: Act as the technical driver for migrating legacy systems (Flask/jQuery) into a modern, robust stack (Next.js/Node/TypeScript). • AI Productization: Design and implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures and AI agent workflows to optimize medical and legal processes. • Data layer Ownership: Lead the optimization of complex PostgreSQL/MySQL queries and ensure our infrastructure scales to handle massive growth in clinical and financial records. • Lead by Velocity: Set the 'gold standard' for the team by using AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Copilot, LLMs) to drive unprecedented delivery speed without compromising quality.

• Lead the development of Next.js applications with App Router and Server Components. • Lead the migration of services to Go, focusing on concurrency and performance. • Design and implement AI features integrating with internal data pipelines. • Collaborate with Product and Design teams on complex features.

• Architect Automation: Design and implement a scalable End-to-End (E2E) testing framework from scratch using Playwright. • Infrastructure: Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, etc.) to ensure zero-regression deployments. • Deep-Dive Debugging: Use Browser DevTools and Postman to perform root-cause analysis on complex platform issues. • Code Collaboration: Work within a Node.js/Next.js environment, reading and understanding application code to ensure maximum test coverage and helping with platform fixes when needed. • Quality Leadership: Transition the team from manual oversight to a sophisticated, automated quality culture.

• Backend Automation: Expand and maintain existing Python-based test suites (Flask environment) to cover API and business logic edge cases • End-to-End Workflow Testing: Validate complex user journeys, from initial intake forms to final summary builds and case transitions • Data Validation: Test critical business logic scenarios, such as processing day calculations, partial records from agencies, and multi-user conflict scenarios • Frontend Regression: Build and maintain a regression suite for our Next.js frontend using Playwright or Cypress • Integration: Set up and optimize CI pipeline triggers to ensure automated tests run on every push, maintaining high deployment standards
