Role Description Now seeking a few ambitious & driven individuals to step into a part time leadership role. We are looking for candidates who want to make a positive impact in our communities. As a part of our team, you will be working to solve one of the world's most pressing issues: financial illiteracy. This position is 100% remote and we provide online tools and training in-house. For this reason, no prior financial work experience is required. We are committed to onboarding those with a strong work ethic, integrity, perseverance, desire to grow and entrepreneurial spirit more than anything else. - Serve as a key contact and liaison for clients to ensure their total satisfaction - Interact with clients & associates on an ongoing basis, providing timely, professional, and courteous support - Share financial knowledge, education, and strategies for business matters, investments, insurance-based protection, retirement, savings, and estate planning - Develop customized financial plans that fit clients' unique needs and goals - Guide and support clients in budgeting, debt reduction, investing, and retirement planning - Collaborate with a team of like-minded individuals who share a passion for making a difference - Contribute ideas and have them valued and recognized - Opportunity to grow both personally and professionally Qualifications - Preferred backgrounds in customer service, leadership, coaching, or management - Education, military, or service-oriented experience - Strong communication and people skills - Desire to help individuals and families improve their financial futures Requirements - Must pass a background check - 18 Years or older - U.S. citizen - Training/Coaching included - Personally customized scheduling - Financial skills/knowledge not required Benefits - Advancement & Compensation are scalable based on personalized individual career goals - Training provided in-house in both group and individual settings - Access to experienced brokers and business mentors - Support for creating a full-time career or part-time income - Focus on making financial independence and security accessible to a diverse group of people
