Role Description We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to help build and expand an in-home wound care program throughout the Greater Nashville area. This is not just a clinical role — this is an opportunity to step into a foundational position and help shape the structure, workflows, and growth strategy of a developing mobile wound care service. - Conduct in-home wound care visits - Visit duration ranges from 30–75 minutes, depending on visit type (initial consult, established patient, or treatment-specific encounter) - Full-time providers will see approximately 8 patients per day - Perform wound assessments, treatment planning, debridement (if within scope), and ongoing care management - Provide patient and caregiver education - Complete documentation accurately and timely This role will play a key part in: - Helping refine visit structure and care protocols - Establishing efficient routing and scheduling processes - Supporting referral development and clinical quality standards - Contributing to the overall growth strategy of the in-home wound care program The company is specifically looking for someone who wants to help build something — not just inherit a fully built system. - Provide remote wound care consultation support during nights and weekends (as needed) - Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary teams Qualifications - Active, unrestricted Tennessee Nurse Practitioner license - Experience in wound care management - Ability to travel throughout assigned territory - Wound Care Certification (WCC, CWCN, or equivalent) - Prior in-home wound care experience - Experience operating independently in a field-based setting Ideal Candidate Profile - Entrepreneurial mindset - Comfortable building processes and systems - Clinically confident and autonomous - Efficient with time management and routing - Interested in long-term growth and leadership This role is ideal for a provider who wants to be early, influential, and part of building a scalable in-home care platform in Middle Tennessee.
