• Engage on the phone, online, and in person with companies to facilitate sales of products • Work with the CEO and Head of Sales to develop strategies on areas to grow new business • Achieve individual targets by managing and growing existing accounts and developing new business • Understand the dental side of the business to help solve customer business challenges • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships • Respond to and follow up on inquiries and leads in a timely manner • Utilize CRM to track interaction with clients and potential clients • Bring together in-house teams to meet and exceed customer expectations • Flexibility to shift into other ancillary sales areas as needed • Additional duties as needed and assigned
