Role Description As Marketing Production Coordinator, you will coordinate marketing and communication production from request to delivery. You will act as the link between internal stakeholders, local markets, agencies and suppliers, ensuring that production work is clearly briefed, planned, tracked and delivered on time. This is a fast-paced role with a strong focus on stakeholder management, structure and collaboration. You will work in a highly international environment, supporting several markets and coordinating with people across different locations. Much of the collaboration happens remotely, so being self-driven, communicative and confident in moving work forward independently is essential. The role includes coordinating the localization of regional campaigns, supporting local campaign production, handling ad hoc market requests and contributing to improved ways of working, systems and processes across the region. What you will do - Coordinate localization of regional campaigns, including translation, adaptations, versioning, approvals and delivery. - Support local campaign production by coordinating briefs, timelines, suppliers, feedback, approvals and cost follow-up. - Handle ad hoc production requests from local markets in a structured and transparent way. - Act as the link between markets, internal stakeholders, agencies and suppliers to keep work aligned and moving. - Follow up workflows, identify risks and help resolve bottlenecks before they affect delivery. - Support quality and consistency by reviewing content, coordinating final assets and contributing to improved ways of working. Qualifications - Structured and proactive – comfortable managing multiple requests, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously. - Strong in stakeholder management – creates clarity when many people are involved and knows how to keep collaboration moving. - Clear communicator – aligns expectations around briefs, timelines, responsibilities, feedback and delivery. - Self-driven – comfortable working independently in a largely remote and international environment. - Collaborative with external partners – enjoys working with agencies, suppliers and production partners, and understands how creative production processes work. - Creative eye – can support high-quality output and give relevant input without being the content creator. - Quality-conscious – understands the importance of brand consistency, quality and compliance in marketing production. - Experienced in production coordination – has experience from marketing production, project coordination, campaign coordination, agency coordination or a similar role. - Used to complex environments – experience from a large company, or from an agency working with large corporate clients, is a strong advantage. - Fluent in English – has strong written and spoken English as you will support colleagues from all Northern Europe region. We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect who can drive alignment across a system-of-systems landscape and guide teams towards shared, scalable, and secure solutions.
