Role Description We are seeking a highly organised, customer-focused, and commercially minded professional to support two critical areas of the business: bookkeeping administration and parent enrolment management. This role combines financial administration responsibilities with customer relationship management and sales support. The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Maintaining accurate financial records - Managing customer enquiries - Coordinating nursery visits - Supporting the enrolment process from initial enquiry through to registration The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to confidently engage with prospective parents while maintaining accurate administrative and financial records. Qualifications - Previous experience in bookkeeping, accounts administration, or financial administration - Experience using Xero, QuickBooks, Pastel, or similar accounting software - Previous experience in customer service, sales support, account management, or client relationship roles - Experience working with CRM systems - Experience within childcare, education, healthcare, or service-based industries will be advantageous Requirements - Proficiency in Xero, QuickBooks, or equivalent accounting software - CRM system management experience - Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook - Strong administrative and data management skills - Excellent spoken and written English - Strong telephone communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to build rapport and influence customer decisions - Strong sales and conversion mindset - Exceptional organisational and time-management skills - High attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment - Professional, friendly, and customer-centric approach Benefits - Salary: £1,400.00 - £1,500.00 (at today’s exchange rates R30,700.00 – R32,900.00) - Negotiable, based on skills, experience and in relation to current package
Role Description As a Sales Representative, you will serve as an ambassador of the client’s products, responsible for nurturing existing relationships while identifying and developing new stock lists. This role involves independent fieldwork, extensive travel across South Africa, and direct engagement with retail partners. You will contribute to revenue growth by delivering excellent stock list support, executing point‑of‑sale strategies, and driving sales within designated territories. Duties & Responsibilities - Maintain and service a large existing client portfolio, including stock lists along major holiday routes and in diverse retail venues. - Prospect and develop new client relationships, with the goal of expanding brand presence. - Conduct regular visits to retail locations, fuel-stations, resorts, pharmacies, and regional outlets. - Deliver product presentations and merchandising support to stock lists. - Achieve sales targets through proactive field activity and effective territory management. - Provide regular feedback to the internal operations and marketing team regarding customer trends, opportunities, and market insights.
