• Design and manage sales incentive plans that motivate teams and align with business goals • Build and maintain performance dashboards (Power BI / similar) to provide clear, actionable insights • Lead on territory planning and quota setting, using data to ensure fair and effective coverage • Analyse complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities • Partner closely with Sales, Finance, and Marketing to influence commercial strategy • Continuously improve processes, tools, and reporting to enhance decision-making
