Role Description This role focuses on bringing new people into the studio. You'll build relationships, create events, and grow local awareness. What You'll Do - Build Local Partnerships - Connect with schools, companies, and local businesses - Create opportunities for group bookings and collaborations - Plan & Run Events - Organize team events, private classes, and community activations - Ensure events are smooth, fun, and well-attended - Drive New Client Traffic - Bring in new audiences consistently - Work with the studio team to convert them into members Qualifications - Strong communicator and relationship builder - Enjoys outreach and meeting new people - Organized and proactive Compensation - Base or hourly + commission per event/sales
