• Identify and define target customers, new markets, and early adopters segments • Work with SVP, Sales to implement, track, and share in the success of the sales team as well as operating as an individual contributor • Promotion and outreach to new prospects through inbound leads and cold calling • Drive outbound prospecting, qualification, and opportunity creation across manufacturing, warehouse, and hyper scale data centers • Reporting on weekly sales activity • Lead closure efforts on high-value opportunities; Support the SVP in executive-level negotiations • Participating in most important industry trade show events • Translates the SVP’s strategic direction into actionable plans, timelines, and measurable outcomes • Travel between 40 - 70 % - US / North America • Regular in person meetings at our Boston HQ • Leverage the company's CRM (HubSpot) and lead generation tool for new and existing leads, best practices for account management, opportunity management, sales reports, contracts. Rollout programs and templates to simplify capture of market data and optimization of sales resource time • Build, refine and implement targeting approach to drive new customer acquisition • Build and maintain strong relationships with key, high-profile customers and partners at both senior and mid-management levels. • Participate directly in high-value negotiations, executive alignment, and closing activities
