Field Account Executive – Munich

• Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan to identify, qualify, and capture new business opportunities to meet or exceed annual revenue quotas. • Maintain a consistent physical presence within the territory, conducting in-person discovery meetings, product demonstrations, and executive presentations. • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial prospecting and lead qualification to contract negotiation and closing. • Cultivate long-term strategic partnerships with C-suite executives and key stakeholders to ensure customer retention and expansion. • Partner with GTM, sales Ops, Marketing, product and Customer Success teams to tailor solutions that meet specific client needs. • Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, travel logs, and deal stages within the CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot) to provide accurate weekly forecasting. • Act as the "eyes and ears" on the ground, gathering competitive intelligence and identifying industry trends to inform product and pricing strategies.
