• You further develop our webshop and ordering systems as well as internal tools in both frontend and backend • You take technical ownership of features from concept to production deployment • You analyze existing solutions and implement targeted technical improvements • You ensure stability and quality through clean code and automated tests • You work closely with your team and other departments and introduce new technologies and automations

• You are responsible for the UX conception and the final UI design of key end-to-end flows in our B2C webshop • You develop user-centered, conversion-focused concepts and independently translate them into high-quality, implementation-ready designs • You independently initiate and lead shaping processes, clarifying goals, scope, and solution approaches, and create decision-readiness before implementation • You assume subject-matter responsibility for UX projects and are accountable for quality, decisions, and results • You work closely with stakeholders and development to ensure designs are implemented accurately and completely • You use tests, data, and user feedback to validate designs and improve them iteratively • You establish UX standards, design principles, and reusable patterns that increase quality and speed in the long term
