• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on wind turbines, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and manufacturer specifications • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical components of wind turbines • Conduct inspections to identify wear and tear and recommend proactive maintenance strategies • Maintain accurate service records and ensure tools and equipment are in top working condition • Collaborate with site supervisors and team members to meet project timelines and safety standards

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on wind turbines, including inspections, lubrication, and component replacement. • Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic system issues. • Conduct preventive maintenance activities according to scheduled maintenance plans. • Perform repairs and replacements of faulty components, ensuring safe and efficient turbine operation. • Monitor and document turbine performance, including data collection and analysis. • Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times. • Collaborate with the operations team to optimize turbine performance and minimize downtime. • Complete maintenance reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner. • Stay updated with industry advancements and participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

• Oversee technician hiring, time off and timecard approvals, and career development. • Identify training needs and close skill gaps by cross-training team members to build core strengths. • Train and mentor developing technicians in electrical safety and equipment maintenance. • Support technicians and assist with project management at site. • Serve as the front-line communicator to customers, site leaders, and teams. • Assist customers with annual budgeting for improvements, repairs, and campaigns. • Join weekly/monthly customer performance calls and provide monthly site summaries to Performance Engineering. • Schedule and plan work to minimize downtime and ensure team safety. • Manage CMMS work order reviews for accuracy and out-of-scope billing. • Track inspections, schedules, and parts consumption through CMMS. • Partner with leadership to identify and improve inefficiencies, processes, and gaps. • Lead by example—set the standard for safety, quality, and excellence. • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve offline turbine issues, restoring them to service. • Identify turbine performance issues and develop plans for corrective action, ideally during scheduled maintenance. • Ensure all equipment operates with only approved solutions, hardware, and software. • Perform quality checks to confirm technician and contractor work meets standards. • Coordinate large corrective work with contractors as needed. • Champion a strong EHS culture, utilizing stop-work authority when necessary. • Manage the safe and reliable operation of utility-scale BESS and Solar facilities across the assigned region. • Ensure compliance with all company, customer, utility, OSHA, NERC, NFPA, and environmental requirements. • Monitor asset performance, availability, reliability, and contractual KPIs. • Lead root cause analyses (RCA) for equipment failures and recurring operational issues. • Develop corrective action plans and drive continuous improvement initiatives. • Support commissioning, energization, acceptance testing, and performance verification activities.

• Oversee technical issues on equipment components, operating systems, and performance reliability on multiple turbine platforms • Assist and guide project managers on mitigation and remediation measures • Review performance reports, including turbine availability, capacity factor, and reliability, and provide remediation plans as needed • Lead difficult troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and control system issues • Monitor CMS alarms to identify problems before equipment failure • Lead and participate in root cause analysis programs • Drive initiatives to reduce downtime and improve energy yield • Lead and/or assist in the development and implementation of preventative and predictive maintenance strategies • Review contracts to ensure maintenance requirements are met • Assist in planning major component replacements (gearboxes, blades, generators, transformers) • Work with project teams to optimize spare parts strategy and long-term asset management planning • Review alternate spare parts suppliers to reduce supply chain risk for RNWBL and our clients • Assist with substation, transformers, and high-voltage systems operations • Assist with collection, substation, transmission grid reliability, and performance testing • Promote a strong safety-first culture across all wind farm sites • Ensure compliance with electrical safety, working-at-heights, and environmental regulations • Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective action implementation • Lead and mentor site managers, wind technicians, and remote monitoring teams to improve their technical knowledge of the wind turbines • Assist with establishing KPIs aligned with availability, safety, and production targets • Follow all NERC, NFPA70E, OSHA, company, and customer requirements • Document service activity and parts usage with digital reporting systems.
