• Design and develop scalable AI-enabled backend systems and applications • Integrate LLM APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) into business use cases • Build and maintain backend services and APIs for AI-driven features • Contribute to development of AI-powered applications (chatbots, automation tools, etc.) • Guide and support junior developers, ensuring code quality and best practices • Work on improving performance, latency, and reliability of AI systems • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into solutions • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production systems • Participate in sprint planning and ensure timely delivery of assigned modules • Work with basic MLOps practices, including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning (good to have)

• Lead the design of end-to-end experiences for complex products • Define interaction models, user flows, and wireframes • Mentor interns and junior associates on design tools and practices • Create and evolve design systems for consistency across platforms • Work closely with product managers and developers to refine requirements • Ensure usability testing is embedded in the design process • Advocate for design best practices across the team.

• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes using Figma or Adobe XD • Support user research and gather feedback from stakeholders • Contribute to basic visual design tasks such as icons, layouts, and color schemes • Document learnings and maintain design assets • Participate in team brainstorming sessions and reviews

• Manage the day-to-day finance operations of the company with a strong focus on bookkeeping, accuracy, and process discipline • Covering expense logging, invoicing, payroll validations, journal entries, and coordination with external consultants for statutory compliances • Prepare monthly and quarterly MIS, including P&L, cash flow statements, and key financial summaries • Ensure correct and timely journal entries for all financial transactions • Maintain accurate books of accounts, including expense logging, vendor bills, customer invoicing, and receipts • Support payroll processing by validating salary components, deductions, reimbursements, and statutory applicability • Work closely with external consultants on GST, TDS, and ROC compliances

• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes for specific features. • Collaborate with developers to implement UI designs. • Assist in usability testing and document findings. • Ensure consistency with existing style guides and design systems. • Support the team with asset preparation (icons, typography, color palettes).
