Rippleworks

• Own the lifecycle communications for a venture's journey with Rippleworks; ensuring each stage of their journey is met with clarity, support, and meaningful engagement • Optimize performance of venture communications campaigns by segmenting, testing, measuring, analyzing, and iterating on campaigns. • Unlock impact through Rippleworks programs by owning multi-channel communication campaigns that raise awareness and accessibility to solutions that meet venture needs. • Elevate venture voices by capturing and sharing their stories, achievements, and impact on social media platforms • Collaborate with internal teams across Rippleworks on the best ways to communicate with ventures about Rippleworks programs and other forms of support • Serve as an internal resource for messaging and content delivered in a singular Rippleworks voice • Share learnings with internal teams in order to improve programs and deliver more value to ventures

• Own and continuously improve data governance, data audits, and data quality assurance across Rippleworks systems • Identify and design solutions for organizational data needs • Develop dashboards, analyses, and insights for leadership and functional teams on Salesforce, google suite, etc. to support cross-functional decision-making. • Lead data migration efforts and maintain data integrity across Salesforce and integrated tools • Support different teams with data collection, analysis, and qualitative synthesis (e.g., interviews, focus groups) as needed • Respond to emerging analytical needs across the organization • Lead coordination and implementation of Rippleworks’ impact framework across teams • Review analytical outputs for rigor, consistency, and quality • Lead internal and external research projects; own the creation and dissemination of outputs • Build data literacy and analytical capability by coaching and training teammates on data use and interpretation
