Role Description As a Customer Experience Associate, you are responsible for delivering exceptional service to our customers while creating a luxury experience. Role Description RH is seeking a Regional Director, Sales & Business Development responsible for leading a regionally-based sales team focused on developing a portfolio of business across the Hospitality, Commercial, and Residential Developer segments. This is a remote role based in either Europe or the United Kingdom. - Develop an annual business development plan for your region, identifying the right customers and projects to target. - Lead your regional sales team to develop the right customer relationships while focusing on revenue and margin goals. - Identify, develop, and close major deals with strategic owners/developers directly or indirectly. - Mentor your team to actively lead customer relationships through the full project life-cycle. - Represent RH Contract at industry events to identify opportunities and educate potential customers. - Partner with other Regional Directors and Strategic Business Leaders to ensure project integration. - Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts for your region and team. - Collaborate with the International sales team to identify and close opportunities globally. Qualifications - 5+ years of proven B2B sales experience to developers and owners in the luxury Hospitality, Commercial and/or Residential Development segment. - Bachelor’s degree in a business- or interior design-related field preferred. - Proven direct owner and/or developer relationships with key stakeholders and decision makers. - Strong understanding of Hospitality, Commercial and/or Residential property development dynamics. - Highly motivated self-starter with excellent quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Expert sales and negotiating skills, confident in leading presentations to senior stakeholders. - Highly skilled in sales growth planning and providing accurate sales forecasts. - Proficient in multiple systems and spreadsheets, e.g., CRM/Salesforce, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Google applications. - Proficiency in English is required due to the international nature of the business. Requirements - Candidates must have legal authorization to work in the country in which they are applying at the time of application. - Frequent travel for strategic customer and project needs.
