Position Summary The Registered Nurse serves as a vital member of a dynamic healthcare team, providing clinical support to healthcare professionals through expert patient care management, medical data interpretation, and effective communication facilitation between patients and medical staff. Key Responsibilities - Collaborate with healthcare providers to review, analyze, and interpret medical data, including bloodwork and laboratory results, to support informed clinical decision-making - Initiate and coordinate laboratory work and diagnostic testing as directed by healthcare providers, ensuring accurate and complete information is communicated to appropriate laboratory personnel - Conduct patient interviews to obtain comprehensive medical histories, clearly communicate diagnostic results, and facilitate discussions surrounding potential treatment plans and next steps - Schedule, coordinate, and manage telehealth appointments, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for both patients and providers - Maintain thorough, accurate, and current patient records and clinical documentation within the organization's Electronic Health Record (EHR) system in accordance with regulatory and compliance standards - Develop and deliver patient education resources related to new, emerging, and ongoing treatments and therapies, empowering patients to make informed healthcare decisions - Respond to patient inquiries received via phone, email, and chat platforms in a timely, professional, and compassionate manner, ensuring a high standard of patient satisfaction - Partner with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure the delivery of comprehensive, coordinated, and patient-centered care across all touchpoints - Maintain current knowledge of advancements in medical testing, treatment protocols, and clinical best practices to support continuous quality improvement - Leverage Microsoft Teams and other digital collaboration tools to facilitate effective communication, care coordination, and team engagement within a remote work environment Required Qualifications - Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) - Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) licensure - 3+ years of progressive clinical nursing experience - Comprehensive knowledge of medical terminology, diagnostic testing procedures, and evidence-based treatment therapies, with the ability to apply clinical expertise in a remote care setting - Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex clinical information clearly and effectively to patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members - Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, prioritize competing demands, and manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced environment - Proven adaptability and agility in learning and integrating new processes, workflows, and emerging technologies into daily practice - Proficiency in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems and telehealth platforms, with the ability to accurately maintain clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards - Proficiency in Microsoft Teams and other digital collaboration tools, with experience supporting remote team communication and care coordination - Demonstrated commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care with a strong focus on patient engagement, education, and satisfaction Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in emergency, ICU or perioperative nursing Work Environment & Physical Requirements - Remote work environment; home office or dedicated workspace required - Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision - Occasional virtual meetings via video conferencing (camera on expected) - Reliable high-speed internet connection required - Must maintain a distraction-free, professional background for video calls - Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8am–5pm Central $90,000 - $95,000 a year Why Join Ways2Well? · Work with a passionate team dedicated to transforming lives through wellness innovation. · Shape the future of a growing and mission-driven company. · Competitive compensation, benefits, and a collaborative work environment.

As Regional Business Manager, you will be responsible for coaching a team of Pharmacy Sales Representatives — guiding them in sales fundamentals, organization, and professional growth across the Southeast region. This role is designed for an individual who thrives on teaching and enjoys mentoring the next generation of sales leaders. The ideal candidate brings a strong sense of personal organization, exceptional time management, and the ability to instill these skills in others. Key Responsibilities - Coaching & Mentorship: Own the full development of your team of Account/Territory Managers (ATMs/TMs) and Sales Representatives — providing one-on-one coaching on sales tactics, time management, and career progression. - Skill Building: Educate the team on foundational and advanced sales skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and CRM proficiency. - Organizational Excellence: Teach and enforce best practices for personal and professional organization, specifically within HubSpot CRM and other company systems. - Performance Management: Monitor individual and team performance metrics, provide regular structured feedback, and implement development plans as needed. - Strategy & Growth: Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the Southeast region, ensuring a clear plan for territory expansion and revenue growth. Qualifications - 5+ years of proven sales experience, preferably in pharmacy, pharma, or medical device environments. - 2–5 years of people management experience with a demonstrated ability to coach and develop team members across varying experience levels. - A strong desire to educate and lead, with a genuine passion for teaching others how to sell effectively. - Excellent personal and professional organizational skills, with a track record of effective time management. - Proficiency with CRM platforms and data systems — HubSpot experience preferred. - Stable work history with demonstrated longevity and commitment in prior roles. - Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred - Direct management experience in a compounding pharmacy setting. - Recognition for sales performance (e.g., President’s Club, Winner’s Circle). - Demonstrated flexibility and change management experience in fast-paced, evolving organizations. - Experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales processes.
