• You manage our clients' advertising accounts on Meta and TikTok and act as the point of contact for all Paid Social matters. • You contribute to the development of results-oriented strategies to achieve target goals and define suitable KPIs to monitor them, including ROAS, CAC, CTR, and CPC. • Through data analysis you identify untapped growth opportunities aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and communicate these to other departments or client teams. • Together with client contacts you design workflows for the continuous production and testing of new creatives and marketing approaches. • You regularly pursue professional development and research and test new channels, formats, and approaches to improve marketing performance. • In the medium term, you will develop into a team lead within Paid Media.

• You manage clients' CRM and email marketing systems and act as the primary point of contact for all customer retention matters. • You contribute to the development of results-oriented strategies to achieve target goals and define suitable KPIs to monitor them, including ROAS, CAC, CTR and CPC. • Through data analysis, you identify untapped growth opportunities aligned with our clients' strategic objectives and communicate these to other departments or client teams. • Together with client contacts, you develop workflows for the continuous improvement of communication and reactivation measures. • You regularly pursue professional development and research and test new tools, formats, and approaches to improve marketing performance. • In the medium term, you will progress into a team lead role within Customer Retention.
