• Execute on-page, off-page, and technical SEO playbooks across a diverse range of multifamily portfolios. • Review weekly audit crawls (Ahrefs + other tools as needed) and prioritize fixes based on impact. • Monitor and act on insights from Google Search Console and Google Analytics 4 (indexing, visibility, CTR, landing page performance, conversions, etc). • Implement SEO improvements, including meta titles/descriptions, header structure, content optimizations, image alt text guidance, and page-level recommendations at the SEO Strategist's direction. • Support content initiatives (micropages, neighborhood guides, blogs, amenities, floor plan content) with keyword targeting and on-page best practices. • Work alongside the SEO Strategist for onboarding and offboarding SEO clients (baseline checks, access validation, initial audits). • Monitor Google Business Profiles for review velocity and sentiment, optimizing GBP content, and ensuring NAP consistency across off-site listings. • Produce Monthly SEO Reports for all SEO clients and support Quarterly SEO Reports, plus ad-hoc reporting when needed. • Collaborate closely with Web Design and Customer Experience via support desk + Slack to keep execution fast and clean.

• Organize, review, and approve client assets for the design team, including optimizing images when needed. • Create and prepare onboarding documents, pre-filling as much information as possible to streamline onboarding. • Handle behind-the-scenes onboarding work, including entering client and project details into the CMS. • Create and configure WP Engine environments for new sites and apply appropriate tagging for organization. • Implement content updates from client feedback during website theme rollouts and ensure requests are complete, triage as needed. • Perform technical website QA, including link checks, spelling and content verification before launch. • SEO and data configuration on website builds. • Facilitate website launches to ensure a smooth deployment process. • Improve and refine internal processes to optimize efficiency, enhance collaboration, and keep projects on track. • Create and manage all ongoing maintenance and support projects within Teamwork. • Archive completed build projects and track build timelines to support future forecasting and capacity planning.
