Role Description Reprise is looking for a forward-thinking B2B marketer to head the marketing function, reporting to the CEO. This role will own the marketing performance end-to-end across content, demand generation, ABM, events, and partnerships, converting program spend into leads efficiently. - Set and hit pipeline targets in the millions per month. - Lead the category and create content that continues to wow and lead our customers into the AI era of demo automation via webinars, industry research, analyst relations, our website, and social channels. - Own the budget and leverage resources to deliver impact. - Design the program, choose the tooling, and operate at all levels of marketing detail and strategy. Qualifications - You know B2B marketing and are familiar with the traditional components of the B2B marketing process. - Your execution is AI-driven, with over a dozen MCPs hooked up currently. - You have an aesthetic for effective communication in both prose and layout. - You possess high wattage, thinking three steps ahead in conversations. - You get things done (GSD) and value execution over mere strategy discussions. - No jerks policy: We are a direct but respectful team that values humor.
