Rendevor Dialysis

• Manages the clinical aspects of our dialysis business within a defined region through effective leadership and management of all aspects of customer service, quality patient care, and clinical management. • Maintains strong relationships, regular communication, and visibility with all teammates, clients (site Managed Healthcare, DOC/BOP, etc.), and physicians. • Practices cost containment strategies for all major cost inputs including staffing ratios affecting payroll, hiring (including agency as a last resort), and inventory/supplies, all while ensuring compliance with applicable company and state regulatory requirements. • Assumes 'ownership mentality' of each facility in their region. • Maintains full oversight for operational efficiency, clinical excellence, customer service/relationship-development, financial prudence, and regional leadership. • Provides leadership, guidance, and coaching for all direct reports and clinical staff to maintain an engaged and productive workforce. • Ensures all employees in the region receive the required training and education according to company policy and compliance with continued education. • Oversight of staff retention and training for entire team (NMs, RNs, CCHTs, etc.). • Acts as conduit of information from senior leadership team to on-site staff. • Completes thorough audits in line with company audit schedules and develops corrective action plans to address any deficiencies. • Generates in-servicing and skill checks for all staff members in region.
