• Transform customers into raving fans and industry advocates by ensuring they fully comprehend and maximize the value of our products and technologies through seamless implementations • Provide post-sale engagement, translating that into revenue capture, retention, and expansion across the Rekor portfolio • Provide industry strategic, visionary thought leadership to advance transportation management business, driving market share growth • Develop and maintain relationships with key Architecture and Engineering (A&E) firms & partners • Educate and advise A&E partners of Rekor’s transportation management and traffic services AI technology solutions • Assess and quantify the market sector and key client expansion potential • Represent key account opportunities, sharing intelligence information within the company leadership, Product Management, Marketing and Engineering teams • Collaborate with multiple internal sales and operations teams • Maintain and enhance key relationships with State DOT senior contacts • Ensure large transportation projects are successfully implemented and internally supported
