Role Description Our innovative and growing company is looking for a Clinical Training Specialist. A Rebound Clinical Training Specialist provides specialty training on PTSD and related disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities for both onboarding and tenured therapists. Responsibilities include: - Providing onboarding and tenured therapists with the knowledge to diagnose and treat PTSD using prolonged exposure therapy (PE) and anxiety disorders using exposure and response prevention (ERP). - Demonstrating commitment to Rebound’s Mission, Vision, and Values while delivering training content. - Exhibiting internal motivation and problem-solving skills to support new-to-Rebound therapists’ learning. - Creating a welcoming training environment with support and collaboration within each training cohort. - Delivering training in an engaging, positive, and fun manner. - Maintaining 5 clinical hours each week and devoting a minimum of 30 hours each week to clinical training duties. - Being available to cover training shifts between specified hours. Key Responsibilities: - Leading the development and delivery of resources and training content on PTSD using PE. - Providing clinical content, input, and review for training resources. - Developing curriculum and training packages related to mental health literacy. - Promoting a culture of continuous quality improvement across the workforce. - Ensuring training materials are current across Rebound’s Knowledge Hub. - Responding to onboarding therapists’ questions via Slack, Email, and Zoom. - Leading group role plays and presenting interactive learning modules. - Educating onboarding therapists on various topics related to PTSD and anxiety disorders. Qualifications - A minimum of 2 years of therapy experience (experience with PTSD assessment and prolonged exposure therapy preferred). - Experience using measurement-based treatment approaches and adherence to evidence-based protocols. - Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. - Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule and work Monday through Friday. - Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills. - Proven track record in building and maintaining effective working relationships. - Highly developed verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a productive team member. - Knowledge and understanding of training processes related to onboarding therapists. Role Description Rebound is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join our rapidly growing digital health team and help expand access to effective trauma treatment. You will work directly with Rebound leadership, engineering, product, design, and clinical teams to build and scale systems that improve measurable outcomes for real patients and clinicians. You will influence architecture decisions, build and enhance full-stack features, and contribute to a scalable technical foundation as we grow. Role Description As an End-to-End Recruiter for Associate and Fully Licensed Therapists at Rebound, you will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring talented therapists who share our commitment to providing exceptional mental health care. You will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and ensuring a smooth transition to our team. Ideal candidates will be able to source candidates through various channels, be organized in their approach to plan/schedule interviews and create new pathways to find new viable applicants. To be successful in this role, you should be data-driven with an ability to develop robust candidate pipelines, build out long-term therapist recruitment sourcing strategies, and nurture trusting relationships with potential hires. Ultimately, you will create strong talent pipelines for our company’s current and future hiring needs. Requirements - Base Salary: $60,000 – $90,000 annually, depending on experience. - Bonus Potential: Performance-based hiring bonuses, with the opportunity to earn an additional 20-50% of base salary annually.
