Role Description The Senior Product Category Manager will lead the end-to-end marketing development of critical product categories within our Truck Accessories business. This role will focus on creating robust category strategies and roadmaps, launching new innovative products that address consumer needs and drive business growth. *Candidate must reside in Upper Midwest/Great Lakes Region* POSITION SUMMARY The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing relationships with OE channel partners to drive revenue and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities include traveling within the United States, conducting training, selling, managing accounts, and attending trade shows. This role requires strong communication and support skills to maintain and grow product sales across all channels and accounts while identifying new opportunities that support overall growth objectives. The Supply & Production Planning Manager will lead the development and execution of forecasting and production planning strategies for assigned business units. This role is pivotal in aligning supply chain operations with business objectives by bridging the gap between our Order Management System (OMS) and Warehouse Management System (WMS). The manager will ensure accurate demand signals are communicated to the plant, driving adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Success in this position will enable seamless production flow, optimized inventory levels, and improved customer satisfaction. CORE FUNCTIONS - Create the monthly production plan for your assigned locations - Oversee the daily, weekly, and monthly production plan execution - Monitor and suggest monthly adjustments of forecast based on monitoring of actual demand. - Ensure the supply and demand signals are accurate, making changes as necessary. - Provide guidance to staff when unique circumstances arise. Act as a decision maker on issues that need to be elevated to a higher level. - Ensure compliance with established policies and procedures outlined in the employee handbook. - Act as a change agent/lead in support of company initiatives and process improvements. - Provide input on most applicable statistical model and analyze prior demand history. - Manage the coordination with Product Management to phase in/out products based on changes to product line. - Coordinate with Channel Marketing to review campaign forecasting and communicate decision to S&OP Demand Planners.
