• Own daily visibility into cash, burn, and runway, and hold the leadership team accountable to capital efficiency • Build and maintain the financial model end-to-end: forecasting, scenario planning, cohort analysis, fundraising prep, and unit economics • Run budget construction, departmental spend tracking, and budget vs. actuals reviews; centralize visibility into SaaS, AI, and vendor spend • Partner on pricing and packaging — own the modeling, scenario analysis, and impact measurement behind pricing changes • Lead GTM finance work in partnership with Sales: CAC, payback, cohort NDR, pipeline-to-bookings, and commission modeling • Own procurement and vendor financial review; help decide what we pay for tools and where to negotiate • Build board, investor, and fundraising materials and partner with the CEO on narrative • Build the financial reporting and close infrastructure using modern tooling, AI, and automation • Manage the outsourced accounting partner to ensure accuracy and timeliness
• Own technical onboarding and implementation for our largest Enterprise accounts, both as part of paid Professional Services packages and ad-hoc — managing API integrations, SSO configuration, custom workflows, and email deliverability from start to finish. • Serve as the primary technical expert on the CX team — answering customer and internal questions across APIs, integrations, AI capabilities, and platform architecture without needing to escalate to Engineering. • Partner with our Sales team in pre-sales conversations to provide technical credibility, scope custom implementations, and help close Enterprise deals. • Build and ship lightweight internal CX tooling — using Retool, custom integrations, automations, and AI — that helps our team deliver faster and more consistently for customers. • Surface product gaps and integration opportunities discovered through customer conversations directly to the product team, acting as a high-signal feedback channel. • Help define the playbook for this function — building processes, documentation, and standards for technical consulting and solutions engineering at Rally from the ground up.
• Lead and develop a team of SDRs, owning ramp, performance management, and long-term growth. • Build and run the team's daily operating rhythm, including standups, 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and call coaching. • Create and maintain a structured coaching program that helps reps develop core selling skills and hit targets consistently. • Partner closely with AE leadership to align on pipeline quality, handoff standards, and outbound strategy. • Develop and refine outbound playbooks, messaging frameworks, and prospecting processes in collaboration with sales leadership. • Track and report on team performance metrics, using data to identify trends and adjust coaching priorities. • Serve as a culture carrier for the SDR organization, setting the standard for accountability, activity, and professionalism.
• Build and own zero to one features in the product • Scale existing features from MVPs to an enterprise grade product • Lead collaboration with cross functional partners like design, marketing, sales, cs and the co-founders • Work across the stack (React/NextJS, Node, GraphQL) to turn concepts into working product • Ensure the product maintains a high bar for security, privacy, reliability, performance, and quality
