• Collaborate with Account Managers to define the client's needs for architecture development; • Assist in the development of proposals, contracts, work reports, tenders and other documents for infrastructure projects and associated contributions; • Conduct research and make recommendations on products, services, protocols and standards in support of all infrastructure procurement efforts; • Maintain good relationships with business partners. • Work and collaborate closely with customers to carry out needs assessment and make product presentations; • Answer customers' technical questions in pre-sales or post-sales mode; • Analyze, document, recommend and communicate investment plans in IT infrastructure and system architecture, including analysis of cost reduction opportunities; • Document the company's existing systems architecture and technology portfolio and offer recommendations for improvements and/or alternatives; • Recommend innovative solutions that can improve the reliability, security, productivity and efficiency of the IT infrastructure; • As required, maintain or perform certifications necessary for the discovery of new technologies or necessary for the accreditations of technology partners;
