• Design, build, and operate the internal developer platform and self-service tooling that streamline delivery for engineering teams • Own CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation; improve build reliability, speed, and developer self-service • Run infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform) to provision, secure, and scale cloud and Kubernetes environments • Implement and operate observability: metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting; respond to incident and service requests • Harden platforms and manage risk: implement security baselines and vulnerability management (SecOps) and optimize cloud spend with cost guardrails and reporting (FinOps)
