• Build and deliver vetted candidate pipelines that enable PVM hiring managers to fill mission-critical roles quickly and effectively. • Receive and clarify requisition briefs from hiring managers, including target profile, compensation expectations, location requirements, and hiring urgency. • Source candidates through independent channels, professional networks, referrals, talent communities, and sourcing platforms using independent methodology. • Conduct first-pass candidate screens to assess qualifications, availability, compensation alignment, and basic role fit. • Deliver vetted candidate shortlists with structured candidate notes and screening summaries. • Re-source underperforming requisitions as needed to support hiring outcomes. • Provide market intelligence related to talent availability, compensation trends, and pipeline insights.
