• Responsible for professional roles, including sourcing, screening, assessing, interviewing, evaluating, and closing candidates • Work with HR and department managers to develop job descriptions and job specs • Post job specs in applicant tracking system (ATS), on external job boards, and on college career boards • Conduct intake calls, develop and execute sourcing strategies, and provide regular updates on search status • Source and recruit candidates through a variety of resources including databases, social media, networking, cold calling, etc. • Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and administering assessments • Represent the company and communicate the employer brand to prospective employees, and consistently provide a high level of customer service • Participate in college recruiting including on-campus career fairs and attend networking events • Other projects and responsibilities related to the Recruiting department
