• Travel on a semi-national level to conduct on-site training with our Project Management staff. • Develop and implement training programs tailored to the specific needs of our Project Managers. • Collaborate with COO, VP of Operations, and other department heads to identify training needs and establish learning objectives. • Periodically evaluate current training materials, including presentations, docs, videos, and interactive modules, to deliver ongoing effective learning experiences. • Conduct training sessions both in-person and virtually, ensuring content is delivered in an engaging and impactful manner. • Evaluate training effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, adjusting as needed to improve outcomes. • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and requirements to ensure training content remains current and relevant. • Lead initiatives to promote a training culture of ongoing quality, and innovation through training and development activities.
