• Conceive and manage A/B, multivariate, and redirect testing initiatives in tools like Dynamic Yield • Ability to think strategically and collaborate with clients on their short and long-term business objectives and plans • Assist department leadership in managing overall CRO program development, including evolving the offering, pre-sales support, margin analysis, etc. • Review analytics/data for tests and experiences from Google Analytics and 3rd Party Platform and report findings to Senior Strategist • Use analytics to identify new opportunities for testing and improvements • Attend daily scrum calls with the Program Manager, Strategist, and Development to track the progress of current client technical requests • Coordinate deliverables and deadlines for multiple clients (4-6) promptly • Use 3rd party platform to set up, test, and launch experiences as requested by the client • Attend weekly team and client meetings • Professionalism to be client facing
• You’ll work primarily on Shopify stores, converting designs to concise, readable code. • The majority of your tasks will involve building Shopify blocks, sections, and full themes. • The work you produce at Prismfly will be responsive, harmonious, and beautiful.
• Own and manage lifecycle campaigns from strategy to execution and analysis • Conduct program and marketing audits for potential clients and confidently present findings and recommendations • Build personalized customer journeys, identifying key touchpoints, pain points, and opportunities for improvement • Serve as client-facing lead, translating technical insights into clear, actionable recommendations • Coordinate creation of briefs, copy, art, text/HTML templates, email campaigns, etc • Segment audiences and create tailored experiences to enhance customer engagement and loyalty • Develop and implement strategies for each stage of the customer lifecycle, including acquisition, onboarding, retention, and advocacy • Analyze customer data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions to improve customer lifetime value • Collect and analyze customer feedback to make continuous improvements to the customer journey • Drive positive customer reviews and ongoing engagement with loyalty programs • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of lifecycle strategies and report on progress regularly • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors’ customer strategies to identify areas for improvement.
