Role Description - Provide expert advice on international trade policies and economic trends specifically related to the U.S. market, supporting clients in navigating complex regulatory environments. - Analyze U.S. trade agreements, tariffs, and regulatory changes, assessing their impact on global supply chains, market access, and investment strategies. - Conduct comprehensive market research and economic analysis to inform strategic decision-making for clients engaged in U.S. trade and investment activities. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure integration of market intelligence and policy analysis into broader consulting projects. - Monitor evolving U.S. economic policies, political developments, and global trade dynamics to proactively identify risks and opportunities for clients. - Support business development initiatives by contributing expertise to client proposals, presentations, and stakeholder engagements focused on the U.S. market. Qualifications - Extensive knowledge of U.S. international trade policy, economics, and regulatory frameworks, with proven experience in consulting or related roles. - Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex trade data, regulations, and economic indicators affecting the U.S. market. - Experience working on issues such as tariffs, trade agreements, export controls, and cross-border investment in the U.S. context. - Excellent communication and report-writing skills in English, with ability to convey technical information to diverse audiences. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively in teams, and engage effectively with clients and stakeholders. - Background in economics, international relations, political science, or related fields is preferred. - Flexibility to monitor ongoing policy developments and adapt analysis to rapidly changing trade environments.
