• Support the organization and initial analysis of received materials; • Assist in carrying out actions that promote market movement; • Contribute to research, mapping and market outreach; • Support customer service, ensuring clear and organized communication about process status; • Enter, update and maintain records in the system/CRM (Pipedrive), ensuring pipeline organization and control; • Operate in compliance with the consultancy's processes, standards and values.

• Lead the company’s strategic market entry into Brazil. • Build and maintain relationships with luxury hotels, beach clubs, high-end restaurants and private clubs. • Identify and structure partnerships with premium importers and distributors. • Position the brand within selective, high-end environments. • Preserve the brand’s exclusivity and pricing integrity.

• Design using Promob • Prepare files for execution: cutting lists and models • Create assembly manuals and configure assembly instructions • Product parametrization and cataloging: structure new furniture, modules and components in the Promob library • Library maintenance: update items, prices and materials in the system • Integration with Production (Promob Cut): configure cutting plans, quotations and production documentation • Technical review: check projects (commercial or residential) to ensure they are manufacturable and can be quoted correctly
